Private Suite add on: $100 per day

21st – 100th Day of Resident’s benefit period:

Semi Private Suite: $204 / day co-insurance
Private Suite add on: $100 per day

Self Pay Covered Stays

Semi Private: $360 / day
Private: $460 / day
